£9 worth of phone calls this month, and f*cking bill for £124!!! FFS!!! This is the 3rd time in 4 months they've done this. I've cancelled mt Direct Debit AGAIN!! just incase the thieving bastards try to take the whole lot out.

Yeah i know that hun but dont think thats the issue.

Red, my advice to you is put it all in writing and get the buggers to give you some type of compensation for it. Once yeah right okay you can put down to a mistake but 3 times is too much

Apparently they're chasing a months payment off of me??!!! I can't make head nor tail of it. My mind is otherwise occupied. Think I'll just give up on the internet and everything else on the bill. ie tv, phone etc. can't be arsed with trying to sort it out right now Confused

I didnt like NTL but think since virgin media took over they have been great, i phoned them and told them i was leaving to go to sky (i wasnt really) and now i pay £10 less a month than i did with NTL, I have my phone internet and t.v with them, I only had the basic package of channels, now i have the full package plus got the (Box thingy that records programs) can remember what you call it - didnt even have to pay the £75.00 to have it installed... I'm a happy customer Very Happy

Phone them up, and say your getting a better deal at sky, more chanels etc and i bet they give you more or cut your bill, they want to keep your custom. A friend did it and told me. Let us know how you get on
