worst: when my dad died

Best: i'm still working on it

Had a few worst days, probably the first was the worst because it was the first.
My son tried to hang himself when he was 5 yrs old, then age 7 he tried to throw himself off the roof, then when he was age 16 I got a phone call 1am to say he was in intensive care because someone had spiked his drink with heroin and rohypnol, then a year later got another call 1am to say he was back in intensive care because he tried to kill himself, then about 6 months later got a phone call 1am again to say his younger brother had been in a car that went over a cliff, luckily no major injuries.....but I have to say that the Two BEST days of my life were when each of them were born.

When you are bipolar life is basically divided into best and worst days. The silliest little things can amuse you or marry you up

i guess the worst day is always gonna be when we"ve suffered loss.my mum died of cancer when i was twenty.i was in a bit of a state after the funeral and got pulled over for drink driving.on the upside its always a good day when your with friends or family and having a laugh.

Worst: being born

Best: being born

Worst: When my dad died.
Best: That's a very hard question. Maybe when I went to London for the very first time.

worst: when my Mum died

Best: been a few, but hopefully the best is yet to come
