Every day after work and twice at weekend. It used to be twice a day and twice at weekend did that for 6 months then mate suggested along with doctor that i was doing slightly too much. I really like doing gym the buzz coming out after workout is great. I don't do weights just cross trainer sit ups step up.

Well fine lady "Bowing low sweeping hat off, picking up hand kissing back of it" I find you in a humorious mood today i see. But fine lady you misinterpt my words. The Chocs were but a gift from a fair maid who i had but helped a little! Any gentleman would have done the same my lady and not taken advantage of the the situation. Now my fine lady my lodgings are close by would you like to come up to my rooms and see my butterfly collection I have many fine rare items there
