blimey thats a hard question..like them all so much..if pushed i would say..'somewhere i belong'...'faint'..'breaking the habit'..'nobodys listening' and of course 'numb'...lmfao...i know its more than 2 but cant narrow it down really..
Also love the collaberations they did with Jay-Z too..
When i get settled in new place will be remixing 'breaking the habit' so i can put in a mix ..do like tracks on their other album too..

do you like spicy..well here is one

large casserole dish
flour tortillas
green chilis
pork,chicken or turkey
cream of mushroom soup
milk
jack and cheddar cheese

start by spreading layer of soup
then layer each ingrediant starting with tortillas as much of the filling as you like..add last tortilla, a little extra milk and top with more cheese
bake in oven for about 45 min at 400 ..let sit....for a little bit and then u can eat it cold or hot....Enjoy

Red Lentils and meat - to be honest, that's your brain telling you "must have meat, MUST HAVE". No, really you don't. You don't need meat with pulses - try the Spicy Bean Soup recipe I put up and add some red lentils to that - if you absolutely MUST have some sort of meat in something to feel fulfilled, slice a bit of chorizo sausage into the soup - I did that at first and then realised my lads at home were quite happy without it.

Couscous - you can basically serve it up as a change from potatoes. It cooks very quickly, so boiling water, a bit of butter, perhaps some chicken stock, throw it in, stir it, cover it and take off the heat. It will absorb the stock/water whatever and you're left with fluffy couscous to serve with whatever you fancy. It's rather versatile. I'm rather fond of the chicken stock/parmesean cheese/fresh herbs of couscous, but I've poured mushroom gravy over the stuff in a pinch and that did just as well. It can also bulk up soups a bit by putting in a bit toward the end of your simmering as an alternative to noodles or rice.
