Damn - I think Saphire is refering to when Manchesters manager said that Southgate let another team win and today he was chatting to Curbishley and Boro lost again in a shocking way, I think. Put City in a bit more of a dodgy position.

Southend got stuffed? I really should have watched the highlight, still, got the whole afternoon tomorrow in the pub, loads of time to catch sky sports

But Boro did have a game in the week afterwards with a proper team from Manchester so rested the good players for that... and they cheated again.... and we lost. They had to cheat - couldnt win any other way, in that game the ref awarded a dodgy penalty to fulfil the FA's dream of the FA cup in new wembly with the 1st and 2nd teams from the premiership playing in it (not the best 2 teams of course, just 1 and 2). Not bitter.

Never bitter - wasnt going to win anything this season really - a brand new manager, never managed before and he is half way up the premiership will do for me this year. Next year with an experienced manager, his team and no hangers on from the last manager and then Ill be hoping for a few good things, another European run, and final at least!

Just want the european games for the weekends away - Ill tell you what Europe was like if you want
