lol LL i was always the same a skinny runt till i hit about 39 a couple of years ago then it just seemed to go *flump* have a couple of extra bellies Sad

my boss sent me two pics of me from last week (we were away on business all week) and when I shouted out "oh noooooooooooooo!) he shouted out to me "good to see you're as photogenic as me!".

Thanks for that.

And I wonder why I'm getting no messages on FB! And not much encouragement in the real world either, come to think about it.....LOL

the best thing that worked for me was giving up bread, pasta, potatoes,rice and cheese and sugars lol - its not that difficult and works wonders Very Happy

You can eat all you want as long as you burn it off.

During a show including rehearsal i always lose weight cause despite eating more i also work more.

In the week or two after a show i always put on loads of weight, because im eating the same but doing less than half the physical work. It takes a while for my eating habits and my body to adjust to the different pace.

Eat and drink all you want, just make sure you burn it off.

so you havent had a sandwich for 3 months? wow i doubt i could go without a sarnie for 3 days, let alone 3 months!
