Anyone else watch it like me

I felt so sorry for the poor girl, so much so it made me cry.

She urgently needed help to lose weight, she got help (medical help - surgery) and she is now down to 30 stone.

I wish her all the success in the world.

She seemed like the nicest girl in the world..
