you know, theres words women say and the way they say them, that reeeeeeeeeaaally get me going.

Fine is the most common example. It's a pretty simple word - until a woman says it.

There must be umpteen million different interpretations of it too, all depending on pitch, context etc etc but why.. please someone tell me why do they do it.

It drives me crazy !! (or crazier) !

Never really thought anything of that before, are you sure you're not making a mountain out of a molehill?

I mostly use the word 'fine' when somebody asks me how I am......so what's wrong with that? if I'm fine it's what I mean. I might also use it as in 'fine' meaning 'that's ok with me'

seriously ? you've never had the

"fine" in the middle of an arguement, when you know full well that it's not fine and that you are going to regret it - maybe not today, or tomorrow..

Oh THAT kind of 'fine' no, I never use it myself in that kind of context, but don't men use it as well as women?
