ive always struggled coming up with words, i always found it hard to say the first word...

im a shy person from birth pretty much, my nan and mum were both shy people and i come from that side of the family. so...

what are the right words?

but even if i get that far im stuck with the complication of making the conversation flow, im horrible at that i always end up being silent or feeling stupidly awkward by the first minute (even with my friends) Sad

help???

Imagine the person your writing to is sensitive and easily offended (just to be safe) and then just write to them would you would like to have written to you.

read their profile and comment on it!!!

then unlike 90% of people, it looks like you've actually tried rather then it looking like a cut & paste job

Try not to write directly. Instead think or if it helps say out loud what you want to say before you start to type, like you were having a conversation with some one. Don't forget, your on your own, no one will hear you so it doesn't matter if you don't get it right the first time. Then when what you are saying sounds right start to type it.

you know what instead of worrying about the fact you shy or don't know what to say just accept it and get on with things..loads of people are shy and no one is confident 100% of time in all areas of life..once you start to feel comfortable with the fact you a bit quiet others will feel comfortable around you and do you know there are loads of people attracted to people a bit more reserved..i know its easy to say but start getting out and about as much as possible and mixing with all sorts so you improve your communication and after that you'll find on here easier

Good advice above. I tend to tie in to people's profiles - unless they haven't written anything. In that case I usually write something really weird or outragious just for fun. At the end of the day it's not that important.
