Except I'd take out old-fashioned, role model for children, and marriage-minded.
I'd change 'standing in the community' to 'occasionally sitting in the community hall'!

There are so many reasons for people being here.
Almost everyone has a particular reason.
Many are here because a relationship has ended and they are looking for someone else.
So generally it's people seeking other people for a long-term relationship, but there are a lot of people looking for s.e.x of one type or another.
If they wanted a bit of 4x2, they'd be down the lumber yard.
If they want a part from a Mark II Zodiac, they'd be down the car breakers.
(But they should just throw the bloody thing away!)
If they are here, we have to assume they are looking for dates or a relationship.
(But - beware - some are here looking for money! Scammers and spammers! )
The age range on here goes from 16 to 86 - that's a huge span- and they are mostly women.
