I'm assuming that you have recently had this procedure done??

Can I ask..where is this pain in your leg? and is the area more solid than it usually is?

It sounds like a haematoma, which is lumpy and hard to feel, and possibly a lot of bruising around that site..the groin is a very sensitive area..

If the pain was further down the leg then it could be a post surgical DVT (Deep vein thrombois) ..which would need immediate attention..

Either way I would go and see your GP to put your mind at ease, and if it's that painful, then maybe he could prescribe you some stronger analgesia..

I'm glad you seeked a medical opinion regarding this problem.. The Doctor did a scan of this area to rule out an embolism (clot) or a DVT..

Pleased to be of some help, and yes I am a nurse

A friend of mine had a very similar operation
It was very painful for her

Research other people expericnes revels cramps 2-5 months post-op during periods, though the fribroids can disapper 7-10 days after treatment, though typicall shrinks betwnee 50-80 per cent still ridiculously expensive via Private
