i have decided to use a diet tracker for one week, there is a good one here http://www.fitday.com i have started using that. you load in what you have eaten all day and it can do lots of calculations for you.

i am sure its not that accurate because you cant always get the weights right, but it was interesting to see how much of my daily calories were actually coming from fat! you can run a few different kinds of reports, like a nutrition report and calculate how many calories you burned from exercise.

im not looking to lose weight but i wouldnt mind improving my nutrition a bit and try to get some more calories in me with actual nutritional value. just thought id pass the link along....its free to use.

i have been using this website for a few weeks now, here is a typical pie chart of my daily diet..

im eating too much fat i think, and i need to aim to get it to at least half n half between protein and fat, then half of it carbs. although i often get 150g of protein a day as opposed to what i got today.
one thing that seem to show up most often on the nutritional analysis is that im not getting the recoomended amount of vitamin k and in fact im some time getting less that 50% the recommended amount but thats probably cos i hate most green vegtables Confused

it is a useful website, wether you are into health n fitness or not.
