Training plans are OK but dont take into account your lifestyle so so long as you are going out 3 times a week you should be OK.

Yeah I agree with this, I'm loosely following a plan from RW but I can't stick to it rigidly due to commitments etc so I just adapt it to suit me.

What's a negative calorie value? Is that like celery, where it uses more to chew and digest than you get out of it?

Interested in that....

I think it is.

Does it count if you walk all the way up the stairs in the office to the chocolate machine as negative calories? I could do that OK, but not sure about the green stuff.

I am actually quite good at greens, have cabbage or runner beans for breakfast most days . Do it for long enough and you even start to look forward to it Razz

Chicken is healthy, mash is good, and you felt better for having something you wanted

Chicken is healthy, the pie bit isn't, and potatoes would be OK without the milk and butter added...but then, if you follow all those sorts of rules you end up having runner beans for breakfast....! Ho hum...

I still maintain they are tasty though Wink

Thats a bit trickier Polly - not alot grown in the ground that I can pretend is a vegetable, however....

Spicy food raises your metabalism, gets your blood flowing a bit quicker so a spicey pizza is having the effect of a light workout! Cooked tomatoes can cut the risk of some diseases. Pizza's are clean to cook - saves on washing up and fairy liquid so you are helping the planet too!

We are all eating well tonight here.
