You can still withhold kissing or sex for as long as you wish. Initiating a conversation equals little more than moving the 1st pawn in a game of chess. Although I am not good at making the first move, I think it's a very silly thing to be scared of doing, because it's just making a mountain out of a mole hill.

I suppose it all depends on the man, how drunk you are, and what you say..also how drunk the man is. Personally I've had women say hello to me and I didn't think no worse of them.

On the very occasional times, I've had lasses come on to me, to only realize it days later. It's either just me, or men are useless at noticing things.
