Well the title says it all!

But its not the rape in general thats the problem.. its that it hasn't really effected me all that much =/

I was distraught the first couple of days but after a while I just ignored it...

When I told me sister after a week and a half she said she thought I'd be a little more distraught about it than I am at the moment..

Is it really wierd that I can put this behind me quite easily?

It's not that I've forgotten it.. or its easy to have in a past..

But I see it as an experience I never want to happen again...

Is that wierd?

no its not weird, different people react to different situation differently, that makes us human, can u tell kate mccann to react and blubber on tv just because her daughter is missing? no, because she is different from sara payne, who went on tv crying, im not decrying her, she just reacted differently

If you feel violated in any way then you should go to the police, all the better for you if you are strong enough mentally to recover from something that is such a serious crime.
If you don't feel like doing it for yourself, then just think of how you can stop him from doing it again to someone else, who might not be as strong as you.........
I know it is hard thing to do, but you will only feel better for it in the end.....

(either that or get his legs busted, or both)

Well it's a very hard topic to relate to as a bloke but........

I really feel you need to voice this more with some people that are close to you and although the idea of confronting your fears might be a good one.......Please don't stay at your cousins with this guy there unless you have someone who can and will protect you in the event of something going wrong.

I would get the police involved in truth. Even if your don't feel the need for yourself do it for the other women that could be at risk from this sick twisted good for nothing. Sad

I dont know if i can really relate to this, but i have had it pushed onto me by an ex of mine, and although i consented in the end cause i loved her (rather stupidly) and i thought she would leave me if i didnt. i didnt want it, what hurt more is she used it as an excuse to break up with me. I can kinda relate to how you feel/felt after, violated and used. I really hope your'e ok Razz and it hasnt dented you're character Smile which by the sound of your profile is a character worth holding onto. *sends supportive hug* [you probably run from supportive hug from stranger] Wink
