I was born with very severe atopic eczema and i only really got it under control about 3 years ago. I spent half my life covered head to foot in the damn stuff and the whole 'wet-wrap' bandage thing. It really can knock your confidence having an awful skin illness, but i think it stems more from your childhood. Kids being kids, i was bullied for it and girls wouldn't go near me. I carried this way into adult life and spent a lot of my years alone for fear of girls finding me freaky. I just couldn't for the life of me talk to girl. But I find that with the passing of time you naturally feel mor confident within yourself, and a true lady sees confidence and personality above looks. Dude, she's worth waiting for....

And can I join the queue of peeps handing out remedies? Psoriasis and eczema are more similar than you would first think, and i know a few people who have the former, like yourself. You ready for the first? You better be, coz it sounds kinda grim, but it has a lot of positive effects. 'kay? 'kay....

Hahahaha! I sh*t you not. Your second pee of the day is good. Not the first pee, because the build-up of toxins go nuts while you sleep so usually there's a good 8-10 hours between peeing as you kip. So yeah, flush the first lot. Your second pee of the day should go into a cup or any vessel. Smooth the stuff into your affected areas last thing at night before any other creams, kip, and shower in the morning. Apparantly it doesn't smell as bad as you may first think. Please believe me on this - i'm being very genuine and my heart naturally goes out to fellow dermatitis sufferers.

The best moisturiser i've ever come across is the one i still use. It's a blancmange-type moisturiser called Doublebase. Ask your doc about it's effects on psoriasis. Oats and wheatgerm is cool, yes. What bath emolient do you use? I swear by Dermol 600. Ask your doc about this also. I'm sure there's also a Psoriasis Society. Get in touch with them if not already and also ask your doc to rush you an appointment with a local Dermatologist (again, if not already)
