This may be a bit weird but someone has messaged me on flirtbox with the subject as slut sayin : you've been talking to my nephew on here and he's only 15....slut...how can you be so filthy with one so young? I said I didnt talk filthy to anyone and even if i did he was only 6 years younger than me he said He's underage, and that is a sick answer....I will obviously have to take this further. I told him i was a moderator (I am not a moderator but thought if i put that might stop emails) and said that I didnt know what he was talking about and the site would believe me over him. he then said I am sure I emalied them about you before he then said You, missy, openly admiited it....saying it was ok that he was only 6 years younger than you...can you imagine a guy getting away with that?..I dont think so....sick, as you are in no way communicating with me honestly I have no choice but to take it further. I said I didnt admit it I only said there would be no problem as he wasnt that much younger than me and that this guy is only jealous if I had. Told him I wudnt message a 15 year old as i was into younger men...anyway here are the rest of the messages I cant really remember what I wrote back but this is upsetting me anyone else had this happen to them? Help ---- Then a moderator should know better, but you are still on the defensive so fine...would be ok....god..that is sick....a 15 year old boy...I was talking about real authorites Jen not the ones on here, I have enough proof. ----Whatever you say Jen, if you werent guilty you wouldnt need to ask me..I have all the evidence here...and yes, corrupting a 15 year old boy I think is pretty much wrong....you worked for the police did you not?....hmmm-----fair enough, I will take it where it needs to go Jen. Easy, call their bluff. Tell them to go to the 'authorites' with their evidence. If you've done nothing wrong, nothing to worry about. Just dont answer or read anymore of their mail.

I havnt done anything he said, I have now blocked him and emailed site, it jus really freaked me out, got more messages after writing on here. I told him to go to authorities as I had nothing to worry about he jus kept calling me a slag etc....do people really get a kick out of doing stuff like that? argh jen Thanks for your advice guys

the best thing to do with mail like that is ignore it and block the sender. some people are here to genuinely meet people for a chat and a laugh but others seem to be here to cause trouble. dont worry about it jen and in future ignore and block. if they get no response they soon give up. sorry you've had such a hard time of it... but i can tell u honestly that there are some genuine people here and some wierdos. dont sweat the small stuff.

Well there really is some sick people about. Its to easy to sit behind a pc screen and do this sort of thing. The culprits are usually cowards and no marks who wouldn't say boo to a goose to anyone face to face.

Things like this happen on the net, its the worst part about it, because people can hide behind the computer screen. I hope all is sorted now, but in future delete them and forget about it.

Thing is IF there is a real 15 year old on here you cant register can you? So they would have to have lied about their age etc.

Jen, I cant imagine how you feel but I can see youre confident that you are not in the wrong. If you can just ignore or just forward any further messages thats a good start.

If its something against you they'll register again and start again....

Damn it's sad how some people get there kicks these days....I bet it won't be long before someone trys a stunt in these forums. Luckily, it seems we've got some top mods.

I've had a couple of mails from a 16 year old looking for a 'teacher' and alto I believe it to be genuine, it makes me feel VERY uncomfortable!!!

I am quite shocked and saddened about what happened to you on flirtbox, with the offensive mail.

Even before reading your posting, I had already decided to wind down (and maybe even withdraw) the efforts i put into internet dating on this site and other sites, despite there being genuine people.

There are just too many fakers, cons and timewasters dragging internet dating into the gutter.

I dunno about you lot, but I have just about had enough.

Thanks again for the comments/advice from everyone. Not had anymore messages from the user since i blocked them and no other horrible messages have been received, was worried they might make another account. I dont think it is someone that I know, dont have any enemys that i know of, plus after the messages that i posted from this person i pleaded them to stop and if it was a friend winding me up i know they would have stopped. I dont think there are any women jealous of me either. Anyway thanks again Jen xxx
