As I say not a problem. Gifts are one thing I am pretty good with. In 3 weeks you can nominate a post office.

And I am not even hitting on you (do not want to be banned off a site so soon after joining, or get beaten up by 200 jealous guys). Its litteraly that I travel heaps. Buying something different is something new to do in Schipol airport. And if you like it, then its likely that someone else in the future will say "Oh Ray that is such a thoughful gift, you have wonderful taste"

You haven't seen my inbox.

I am sure that opening lines of "I saw her first" and "I will always love her" breach some guidelines here

Only if they buy the pralines and perfume first. One must keep the standards up.

Have to sleep now. Will ask you for that post office in 3 weeks. Have saved the note as perfume promise, so its on the todo list.

Cheers

Ray Smile

Ok, think I've solved the photo problem. I was going to go to a hairdresser and then see a photographer. After browsing many web sites, I concluded that I could either pay 200 to 300 pounds for a photography session. Or sign up for a wall fall of portraits (I'm not that vain. Bright idea, have the hairdresser take the photo for me.

Cheers

Yeah, a couple of vodkas that night.

If its work, I have confidence in bulk. With women, I still haven't found a manual that explains all the rules. Still haven't had the confidence to contact a woman from this site without having a message first.

First impressions are pretty major. And the photo is fairly important. Yeah you need to get to know someone, but first you need to start a dialogue. And it helps if they don't start by running for pitchforks and torches when they see your photo.

Cheers

In that case if its first impressions, whats wrong with you..............sorry but if you want to meet people in the flesh latter on how can a prof picture help Confused maybe I have the wrong idea when woman are concerned(I'm sure I know more about great white sharks than the minds of anyone male/female Rolling Eyes )But what I do know is have the same confidence as you do with work and don't expect to much just be yourself sure some may not like you. I say today a post on this site by a girl of 20 who said most of the men were too old? Crying or Very sad (surely not me!) I wonder who she was talking about. You get the picture you win some you lose some but just be you
and you will be fine..................... Very Happy

We all need someone to talk to My o My

hello there..may i just say, and this is my opinion, forget the idea of a manual for women (haynes dont do one.lol)..if you try and find a formula to follow then i believe you will stop being you, as you are trying to be what the manual says..and i agree, photos are important i think, although we are all in 'virtual dating' land here, our natural tendancy is to still want to 'see' and interact with a face..I also understand what you are saying when you say, confidence in bulk when at work, but none when not..and i was the same. but what is the difference really? why do you feel like that? ..when i asked myself this and thought about it, i realised that the only difference was me, and my mind set. for some reason, i seperated the two but really nothings different ..and as for messaging, well, just type it, what you feel.dont think. the more you think and analyse, the bigger the chance you wont send it..
anyway, i have gone on long enough, lol..didnt mean too,sorry..

No problems, and I appreciate your thoughts.

It is a little easier being able to email the other person because you can think about your words. However I have had several contacts that have just terminated without any message from the other partner. You always wonder if you should be trying to develop the relationship or will they think you are trying to push to soon.

The internet is a risky place, so I fully understand people being worried about the contact on the other end of the email. Unfortunately I have not found a nice guy, with honesty, verification service.

And that's not self pity speaking, just an assessment of the environment we are trying to conect in.

Cheers
