don't take the piss ! Those that know me know i have confidense issues, they aren't as bad as they were but still.

I've found someone who i would like to send a message, but i really have no idea what to actually put in the message. I feel like a big barrel of fail at the moment i don't want to do the usual 'hi, you seem interesting' thing because, well, it wouldn't interest me, so i doubt it'd interest anyone else.

The frick you could. Are we speakin' american pool here - 9 ball, 8 ball and such - or that cuckoo thing you guys in the uk play?

Thought we played 8 ball, albeit without the ridiculously oversized pockets.

8 Ball is pretty much the same, but the table, balls and pockets are smaller here. I've always found it a little harder to play in a pub than on an American table.
