don't take the piss ! Those that know me know i have confidense issues, they aren't as bad as they were but still.

I've found someone who i would like to send a message, but i really have no idea what to actually put in the message. I feel like a big barrel of fail at the moment Laughing i don't want to do the usual 'hi, you seem interesting' thing because, well, it wouldn't interest me, so i doubt it'd interest anyone else.

pleeeeeeease help.

cheers

Stu - aka captain fail Laughing

?????

You know what you could put in the message...

A teaser... Like...

"Hiya ! I think you're just..."

Try that. It should get a "What?" back.

And then try a "... really cute/very interesting/whatever (just not nice and crap like that), but I bet you don't like to..."

And then you should get another "what?" back

And then try a "have cups of tea with total strangers who think you're really cute. Is it true?"

I don't know... Your advice request is weird... I was just tryin' my hand. No more than two teasers though... It gets boring afterwards.

Wink

Stu."

Be yourself, and well done for picking up on something that she's interested in, that always helps. Definitely be funny, if you are funny. Take the piss a bit. And actually challenge her to a game of pool, and tell her you'll beat her.

Thought we played 8 ball, albeit without the ridiculously oversized pockets.

8 Ball is pretty much the same, but the table, balls and pockets are smaller here. I've always found it a little harder to play in a pub than on an American table.
