Hey all I am recently single and looking for advice on how to approach women, I am only 28 and have been in a relationship for the last 6 years nearly and feel totally out of touch with the dating game,

If anybody could tell me, what is the norm when it comes to going out on a date with someone, cause its scaring the shit out of me

Sweetie, since I am the oldest of the bunch i can say just be a gentleman, be yourself, honesty and you will be okay, thats all us women ask for. Communication goes along way, talk to her like she is a friend. That goes for women to.

Basically the first thing you need to do is become confident in your self. Even not so good looking people can approach women and have fun.

There are no real rules, but smiling whenever you talk to a women is good, also listening to what they have to say rather than drifting off always helps as well.

Remember you dont have to go over to a women to try and get her into bed, but more of making a friendship, dont try too hard. If you try too hard your not being yourself.

Maybe your nervous, but if you actually get talking then im sure you would be fine. Also remember to not seem to eager, hard i know but in alot of cases women like a bit of a chase as much as any man.

So remember smile, be confident, and dont be afraid of cold shoulders, if they give you the cold shoulder and you acted like you then there not for you.

First impressions count, and first kisses count more. 90% of what you say isnt coming out of your mouth so remember to be confident and your body language will come across confident.

Self Confidence is all you really need if you lack self confidence then thats when you'll messup, so get urself...out start somewhere small like a local then step by step going to bar/clubs etc
