as for sorting myself i am im looking for work ,im reducateing myself and trying to get a social life but im getting kicked at every turn so im entitled to get pissed off now and again and that includes being brassed off at self righteous people.
what am i supposed to be happy all the time eh?
you try being happy 24/7 when u see people putting less effort into bettering themselves than me and getting on in life
and no i dont want pity just a lucky break now and then

Good, im glad your sorting yourself out, but to be honest mate, we are all giving you a break right now, and your getting needlessly defensive. Fine your bitter, fine life is screwing you over, your not alone in that. You have a right to be pissed off, just not at the people in here.

Self righteous is unfair, they tried to help, self righteous people don't help, they gloat

I'd be put off by a guy being on the dole. NOT because I want money off a man for any reason, but because he'd have trouble paying even for his half of the money needed for cinema, theatre, meals out, weekends away, holidays etc that a working person expects.

HOWEVER, if you are both on the dole that is OK. You can do cheap things together.

I've been the porrer one in a relationship and it just didn't work.

I find it saves so much time giving her a bank statement instead of a cheesy chat up line myself. They nearly always laugh......and not in a good way.....

This is going to be kinda psychobabbly but ill try. In order to define ourselves as an individual we have to contrast and measure ourselves against something. Our comparission to 'it' is what helps us to set our limits and criteria for our own definition of ourselves. The human mind is geared to think in terms of "Us" and "Other" we define ourselfs against the other. Be it in terms of gender "Us Guy" Other women, nationality "Us Irish" the "Other English", or even work "Us Firemen" other "arsonists".

For some cases people think that they are more of an "US" if they pick on the 'other' ie some guys think they are real men cause they sleep with a hundred women. Some ladies think they are real women because they've broken the hearts of a hundred guys.

The 'US' 'Other' thing works in terms of working class, middle class, upper class, education, work positions. whatever.

We'll never all get along because the only way we have of proving our self worth to ourselves is by acknowledging (by our own standards) that we are better than the 'other' in our positive qualities

Feck...... i hope that makes sense
