I was in the same situation a few months ago, I think the best advice I can give to you is NOT to get involved with this guy again for the next wee while; don't let him put you in a position where he can cause more pain and don't let him hold you back from achieving your full potential - enjoy being single and realise there are much better out there for you!

For most I think and certainly for me time heals you, jumping straight into another relationship, from what I have seen with others seems to be the worst thing you can do because you drag the baggage of your previous relationship with you.

Be honest with yourself on how you feel,are you ready to move on ?

i too am sorry to hear you got dumped, it always hurts, you need to try and remember that there was "YOU" before this person came along and it sometimes works to get back to yourself, remember all the dreams and ambitions you had before you met this person, that and a little time might help, the hurt never leaves you but time can help you learn a new perspective. good luck

The quickest way to get over a man is get under another!

Laughing I used to say this when I was younger and less shy.

xemmalouise89x - I know it seems really difficult right now but it will get easier. It's such a cliché but time really is a great healer. I couldn't agree more with what Jimzsta has said here;

- apart from that the hurt never leaves you, it does eventually! Hope you feel better soon. Smile
