lol..its his own little way of saying he wants you to contact him back..ie.holla back at him..

Must say, he does sound a rather fine gentleman to start things of like that..

I thought a holla back girl was someone who if confronted would holla (i.e argue) back. As in the Gwen Stefani song...she 'ain't no holla back girl' she wouldn't argue, she'd fight!
