yeah, i'm not really a big fan of counselling, hence why i posted on here, it's generally a lot easier to understand advice from people who haven't been trained as in many cases, some people have actually been through similar problems and can offer advice that a Doctor doesn't - most of the time they go...

I think allot of people could relate to you ..! As i do myself ..!!!This is self presivation ..!You are finding your life difficult at the moment , and it is almost like shut down ..!!

I do this quite allot , I have a big KING SIZED BED ..
But i find myself falling to sleep every night on the sofa , it is a big three seater sofa , i tell myself it is just that the sofa is so comfortable..

I know it is not true i just find it comforting to go to sleep with the TV on , then i get up around three in the morning and go to bed ..

It is what some of us people go through when you are on your own ..Through hurt and pain and loneliness..

I have only been on here a day , and it even helps me understand myself ...
