Red, hope your emotions are attributed to something else... my mum says avoid the HRT..... but then it works for some. I'd look for some herbal remedies right now and see what happens. You must be able to google it.

AFAIK it's perfectly normal. When the menopause kicks in hormones go haywire but do try a natural remedy. Should that not be enough just ask your GP.
After all, it's phase and should pass eventually.
