my gf found me on faceparty; thats they way it happened been with her since may'ish. i dont talk to anyone i've been out with before that and barely anyone i talked to before. one or two women i exchange email correspondence with occasionally. Dont do a good job of keeping up with ppl on myspace. Im very bad at that sort of thing. one day i'll disappear from here and you wont see me for 6 months or longer or never again.

My 3 previous girlfriends have been from dating sites. I find it easier than meeting people in clubs/pubs as I think getting together with someone in an alcoholic daze is doomed from the start. Have had loads of dates off them and have learned that it’s important to ask the right questions in advance. In my experience you get the serial daters who are so picky they just keep going on date after date hoping to find the “one” ..others want a date so bad they will miraculously like all the same stuff that you do until you actually meet and find that they know sod all, .. and then there’s the rebounders who spend all night checking their phone for text messages from their ex boyfriends hoping he’s jealous. Some even want to skip the date entirely and jump straight into bed because they’re too busy for a relationship! Great if that’s your thing. Occasionally you do get lucky though and strike gold, I suppose it’s down to the individual and what you are looking for.

Yea online dating can be fun but it can also be very frustraiting. Us guys have it harder as there is more of us, women can afford to be more choosy. Ive had 2 dates from online dating, maybe a 3rd if things go well.

Oh I forgot to mention the ones who are so traumatised from their previous relationship that their faith in men is rock bottom and they end up tarring you with the same brush, ..and the ones that feel left out because their friends all have boyfriends but can’t be arsed to put in the effort needed for a working relationship themselves. Am I starting to sound bitter? lol

I met one in the Gambia, she sent me an airline ticket so off i flew. It was a hell of a big gamble on my part,but if you don`t take risks in life it get a bit dull. We have been together just over 4 years now, but all good things come to an end... thus the reason iam on here.
