Creatine, dont use it. You may gain more muscle mass, but good luck trying to fucking flex it. Oh and also, you become bloated and look fat.. and if you dont drink enough water, enjoy kidney stones. Also, since it pumps water to your muscles, your hearts a muscle.

Just a heads up.. I used it a few times this previous week, not only did i wake up feeling like i've eaten a horse, i couldnt do my daily routine of flexing in the mirror and admiring myself. I did look good non-flexed though, im not gonna lie. But, the short term advantages dont cover the long term.

Not that this would matter to most of you, but im just throwing it out there for those new years revolutions of "im going to look like arnie this year" and spend 80 quid on creatine.

On the upside though, my penis hasnt lost any inches, my testicles havent shrunk, and i can still shoot without any problems. So if you don't care about looking like your belly is about to burst aslong as your arms look bigger non-flexed, then by all means.. you wont lose any inches! Just drink about 5-8 bottles of water or you'll be shitting needles.

I've never focused on neck muscles to be honest, I just tend to do back exercises and pull-ups and they both help with the neck muscles.

I got tips for neck muscles.

You can try going round the house holding a bowl on your head in your spare time. You could also try yoga and stand on your head for a while. That's what I've heard the samurais used to do.

Other than that you could always google neck muscles...

You don't really need to look like you have no neck to have good muscles there. Someone said about Bruce Lee that it was like trying to strangle a drainpipe.

I have no real training or done special neck exercises but, although I can't get anywhere near that sort of tension, I can still give someone a hard time trying to throttle me.

One of my friends suggested a weight tied to a rope and looped around the head. Weight behind and tilt the head forward to lift, weight in front and tilt back and same with the sides using the hands to ensure the rope doesn't slide. Not sure it will do what you want but might be worth a try. Would certainly give the neck a workout on it's own.

I can vouch for the shoulder/military press working well. Really makes the top of your shoulders and side of your neck burn. Haven't tried bridges or crunches.

I've been doing military presses, they work, just not as well as i'dve expected.

Tryst - Knowing my luck, the rope would fall down AROUND my neck and choke me out lol. I'll give it a try though, it seems like it could work, If it doesnt then that's no loss (other than a big red mark around my forehead LOL)

Bliss, i cant tell whether you were being serious or joking.. me, doing yoga? really? lol

Anyway this was just a post about like, dont use creatine. It'll fuck you more then it'll help you..but thanks for the responses about the neck much <3

I'm always serious, but people think I'm joking. As "whysoserious" and Heath Ledger would put it, well... Why so serious? Razz LOL

Anywho... I wasn't joking. I don't know much about those exercises, but my coach (not fitness coach, some other kinda coach) said that's what samurais used to do. However I haven't seen the standing on your head anywhere else nowadays except for yoga... I don't know...

I was just suggesting, in my own serious way. Razz

No, dear Watson, it would actually make it stronger. However for the first time I think you should consult someone who knows how one can stand on their head. Very Happy
