You need to up your sugar levels hun.

LArge glass of orange juice with some food, it doesnt have to be fry up as thats just pure fat! A roast dinner can be good cause it will fill you up and give you much needed vitamins back.

But anything which ups your sugar levels, and plenty of water.
I drink things like lucozade sport, high in sugar and electolytes and perks you up!
Enjoy!

Burger King meal - it has it all - Sugars in the drink, fats in the chips, sorry fries, protein in the burger, and vitamin C in the lettuce leaf. And walking there you get fresh air to clear your chest and head and get the bood circulating again.

Loobs..

For next time you go out on the razz, make sure that before you go to bed,
drink at least a pint of water to re-hydrate myself..

plus make sure that you have something like a bacon butty too, to cure the screaming ab-dabs when you get in..

This normally works for me.

All good advice, but this is the best yet

I drink plenty of water and take a couple of paracetamol whether i feel I need it or not.

Oh, and the reason most of us get the munchies on the way home from a good drinking session is because our bodies are telling us we need to line our stomaches, either 'cos if we puke we need something to puke up, or 'cos it'll help settle our stomaches. Nothing worse after a good booze-up than trying to sleep on an empty stomache.
