I always imagine these intelligence guys are really, well, intelligent. That man exposing his documents... It was probably all done on purpose: so they let people know what they are doing; so the pickups could start sooner; so he could spend more time with his family; and so (in the frenzy) something was totally missed by the media.

This sounds initially like the 1st state of the onion: obvious, mundane. And yet one feels, almost instinctively, that - thru those other layers - there lies a deeper, more profound meaning possibly extending into sexual, social, political, religious and, Yes, even philosophical depths.
