ok so i have received this message three times before from different people and dont quite get what the point of it is

Then straight after i get this message saying do not OPEN THIS MESSAGE "..GRRRRRRRRRR Sorry that last message wasnt meant for you was for someone else do not read or open it as its private and none of your business and isnt true delete it now, and if anyone else messages me about this or you tell anyone i swear else you will be in trouble ok,,"

Now can some shed some light on this for me please???
